What a fantastic find! This hotel exceeded my expectations and provided great value for money. The staff, who spoke excellent English, were incredibly cheerful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room, located on the 4th floor, was clean, new, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. I especially appreciated the small kitchenette, which was equipped with everything I needed. The hotel's location, right beside the tram stop, made it easy to explore Grenoble and the surrounding areas. Additionally, the continental breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

The room had a modern feeling and was equipped with all the kitchen facilities we needed. the spacious bathroom was a plus. The location was excellent, with a big supermarket nearby and easy access to public transportation. We appreciated the free parking.

Our experience was ruined by the lack of cleanliness. We found hairs on the floor and in the bed, and even though we asked the cleaning staff to come back later, they were not flexible.
